ACMA Telco Tips Animations
The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) is the federal government regulator for broadcasting, telecommunications and radiocommunications. The Consumer Interests section of the ACMA administers and enforces industry codes that provide for users of telephone and internet services.
THE CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS
TEN ALPHAS were asked to create six short animated videos that address common issues consumers experience with Telcos, such as:
- Network outages
- Purchasing a new service
- How to make complaints to your service provider
- How to make complaints to the TIO
- How to manage your bill
- Direct Carrier Billing
The animations had to appeal to as broad an audience as possible so that all consumers could benefit from the videos. They also had to share a common look and feel to form a cohesive brand of ‘Telco Tips’.
The ACMA was very pleased with the suite of Telco Tips animations TEN ALPHAS were able to create for them in such a tight turnaround.
