AMP Financial Planners Association for Salesforce

 

THE CLIENT

Salesforce is the leading provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Cloud Computing (SaaS) solutions for Australia’s large/small business.

THE CHALLENGE

Non-profit organization AMP Financial Planners Association Inc. (ampfpa) acts on financial planners’ behalf to maximize their relationship with AMP and the benefits they receive. As with many long established organisations, ampfpa was facing the need to change with the times.

By implementing Salesforce, ampfpa experienced considerable cost savings from shaking off enterprise scale overheads, and were able to afford a technology upgrade program, including state of the art-video conferencing, which the company hopes to develop into a 1,000-user meeting interface in the future.

THE SOLUTION

Salesforce tasked TEN ALPHAS with producing a customer advocacy video which showcased the benefits ampfpa have experienced after moving onto the Salesforce platform.

This video was fairly challenging to produce, as ampfpa comprised a small office with only 5 people, all working through an online platform. There was no physical product to film, and no pre-existing overlay footage or B-roll. This made it hard to make it aesthetically interesting.

We therefore decided to follow the CEO during his day to day life, working in various places such as a cafe and a park, which gave the video visual variety and showcased the mobility Salesforce allows.

THE RESULT

Salesforce were very happy with the video’s aesthetic and delivery of the corporate messaging. The video has been very successful for the company in generating awareness, new leads and new sales.
