TEN ALPHAS are very proud to be members of key Industry associations.

As Masters alumni, Nick and Jess are are also very proud to have been asked by the National Film School, AFTRS to lecture on the short and corporate courses.

We also take our professional duties very seriously. We believe that creativity is enhanced by providing a safe environment for our crew to work. Rest assured that our projects are fully insured and that OH&S is paramount.

First Aid
St Johns Ambulance First Aid Certification
Jessica Milne is our registered First Aid Officer trained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, to provide basic emergency life support, and to provide first aid. Certificate 218214
AFTRS
Nick and Jess graduated with a Masters in Screen Arts and Business from AFTRS ( The Australian Film Television and Radio School).
We now teach there on Applied Storytelling, Visual Communications, Social Media Success, Video Production 101, Writing Scripts and Briefs for video, and the 12 week Industry Certificate in Content Creation.

Screen Illawarra
Screen Illawarra is an incorporated association that aims to be an inclusive hub and advocacy body for screen content creators in the Illawarra and the adjacent regions of the Southern Highlands, Kiama, Shellharbour, and beyond.
Nick is proud to sit on the Board, and both Nick and Jess are members.
Women in Film and Television
Our founder Jess Milne is a proud member of WIFT. Women in Film & Television Australia is a Not-For-Profit organisation dedicated to achieving gender equality in the Australian screen industry through research, advocacy, education and support for female-identifying screen industry practitioners.
Screenworks
Screenworks objective is to promote and advance the screen industry in regional, rural and remote Australia.

Jess Milne has Full Cinematographer membership status of the National body for cinematography.
Culture Bank Wollongong
TEN ALPHAS are proud to support Culture Bank Wollongong, an independent and diverse organisation of residents from Wollongong using a grassroots crowd-funding model of raising money within the community, to be used for creative projects in the area.
NSW Creative Industries Business Advisors
Nick and Jess have been appointed NSW Creative Industries Business Advisors for the government funded Business Connect programme, managed via the Creative plus Business organisation run by the fabulous Monica Davidson. We are proud to help advise creative industry practitioners in NSW.
Acting representation
As an actor, Nick is represented by Victoria Jackson at Phoenix Talent Management Victoria Jackson Management, whom through we also source many of our actors for our projects.
Mentor Walks Wollongong
Jess has been appointed Creative Mentor for Mentor Walks Wollongong. Combining the power of mentoring with the well-being benefits of walking, matched mentors and mentees walk and talk in the fresh air for an hour of knowledge exchange.
Australian Academy Cinema Television Arts
AACTA's role is to recognise, encourage, promote and celebrate film and television excellence in Australia through the nation’s highest screen accolades, the AACTA Awards – the Australian equivalent of the Oscars® and the BAFTAs.

Mental Health First Aider
Our work often leads us to documenting disdvantaged sectors in the community where Mental Health is prevalent. Nick and Jess are now both Accredited Mental Health First Aiders, having completed the excellent course run by Mental Health First Aid Australia helping us in acknowledging and dealing with people suffering from mental health.
Screen Producers Australia
Screen Producers Australia is the industry guild for screen producers in Australia
SPA unites screen businesses to campaign for a healthy commercial environment. We support the interests of screen businesses, both large and small, in their production of feature films, television programs, interactive content and games across all genres and formats.
